Using the Collection

The Boston Globe Library collections offer a wealth of visual and textual materials that are now available for researchers at the Northeastern University Archives and Special Collections. The bulk of these collections, which include the photographic prints and negatives and newspaper clipping files, are maintained using the Globe’s original filing systems. The collections are not fully indexed, so to give researchers an idea of what materials may exist in the collection and where they would be located, the Prints and Negatives and Newspaper Clippings pages offer overviews of their filing systems and details on the scope of these collections.
